Trying to decide between The Godfather Part II and something shorter. Is the running time part of the appeal here?

tadhginwicklow · 9 Oct 2026, 11:08 UTC

Grainne, yes, a spoiler-free discussion would be ideal. I am trying not to look too much up beforehand.

The Godfather Part II is one I am weighing up. A little more variety in the shortlist is always welcome. Glad this is in the pool.

Siobhan, agreed on keeping the pitch short. I want a reason to try it without knowing every turn.

For anyone considering The Godfather Part II: The pitches in here are useful. A couple of lines about the tone can tell me more than a score.
