Synopsis

The defense and the prosecution have rested and the jury is filing into the jury room to decide if a young Spanish-American is guilty or innocent of murdering his father. What begins as an open and shut case soon becomes a mini-drama of each of the jurors' prejudices and preconceptions about the trial, the accused, and each other.

12 Angry Men looks promising for our next movie night. Does it get a conversation going afterwards?

Niamh, same question here. A quick note on the pace would help me make up my mind.

12 Angry Men is one I am weighing up. The pitches in here are useful. A couple of lines about the tone can tell me more than a score.

Aisling, i have added a boost too. Would be interesting to see how it sits beside the other choices.

For anyone considering 12 Angry Men: Could someone add a spoiler-free note about the opening? That is usually what helps me choose.
