What sort of mood would you be in for Singin' in the Rain? That often decides the evening more than a rating does.

tadhgreads_33 · 20 Oct 2026, 14:08 UTC

Ronan, yes, a spoiler-free discussion would be ideal. I am trying not to look too much up beforehand.

Singin' in the Rain is one I am weighing up. A little more variety in the shortlist is always welcome. Glad this is in the pool.

For anyone considering Singin' in the Rain: The pitches in here are useful. A couple of lines about the tone can tell me more than a score.
