Synopsis

In a time of superstition and magic, when wolves are seen as demonic and nature an evil to be tamed, a young apprentice hunter comes to Ireland with her father to wipe out the last pack. But when she saves a wild native girl, their friendship leads her to discover the world of the Wolfwalkers and transform her into the very thing her father is tasked to destroy.

Anyone making a spoiler-free case for Wolfwalkers? The poster has done its part, now I need the pitch.

sinead_murphy · 30 Oct 2026, 19:08 UTC

Sinead, i have added a boost too. Would be interesting to see how it sits beside the other choices.

Wolfwalkers is one I am weighing up. I would like to see this in the six with a few very different choices around it.

darragh_oconnor · 31 Oct 2026, 00:08 UTC

Eoin, i am following this thread for exactly that reason. Happy to hear a few different opinions.

For anyone considering Wolfwalkers: This would be a good change of pace from the things currently at the top of my list.
