A boost for The Shining. I like the idea of letting the pool steer me away from the same familiar choices.

Caoimhe, a film-club style conversation afterwards could be good, even when people disagree.

The Shining is one I am weighing up. Keeping this on the list for a quieter evening rather than trying to squeeze it in.

Saoirse, yes, a spoiler-free discussion would be ideal. I am trying not to look too much up beforehand.

For anyone considering The Shining: This is the sort of choice I might miss without someone putting it forward.
