Putting Parasite on the weekend list. How much attention does it need on a first watch?

tadhgburke · 12 Oct 2026, 09:08 UTC

Oisin, agreed on keeping the pitch short. I want a reason to try it without knowing every turn.

oisin_nolan · 12 Oct 2026, 00:08 UTC

Parasite is one I am weighing up. The description has me curious. I would rather know the mood than the whole plot.

Oisin, would be nice to come back to this thread once a few more people have given it a go.

For anyone considering Parasite: I would like to see this in the six with a few very different choices around it.
