I am tempted by Rascal Does Not Dream of a Dreaming Girl. Is this one where watching the trailer would give too much away?

darragh_oconnor · 21 Oct 2026, 06:08 UTC

Niamh, same question here. A quick note on the pace would help me make up my mind.

Rascal Does Not Dream of a Dreaming Girl is one I am weighing up. The pitches in here are useful. A couple of lines about the tone can tell me more than a score.

Caoimhe, i have added a boost too. Would be interesting to see how it sits beside the other choices.

For anyone considering Rascal Does Not Dream of a Dreaming Girl: Could someone add a spoiler-free note about the opening? That is usually what helps me choose.
